Hello

I just bought SoundMagic E10s and tried them on. Superior to my stock Sony earphones that came with the phone.

But it was the first time I ever used in-ears, and my ears hurt. So I swapped some tips arround, and finally settled for smallest, but it was little help.

Is this reaction normal? I'm concerned, because I like the isolation factor, and they sound so much better, but it feels funny to have them in, also insertion is somewhat difficult.

Comply eartips might help but that is really all you can do. It should get better over time. My first in-ears were really uncomfortable because I was not used to having something in my ear. I got used to it after a while.
