Changing refresh rate of monitor via CMD.

Senzelian

Really simple question:
Does anyone know how I can change the refresh rate of a monitor connected to a Windows 11 computer via the CMD?

Goggle says not without downloading software. I don't think Win 11's CMD has anything built in that can do this, anyway...

PC is imaged with a special image that restricts access to all settings, updates and basically everything that isn't needed for dublicating an image to an external display.

It's not just that the access is restricted, but the entire settings panel was deleted. At 30Hz there are issues with the image. At 60Hz it works fine.

Oh well then you can just reinstall the settings panel. Its a recoverable feature.

That or use the graphics driver for it.

We'll give it a shot. Might be that it is unavailable tho, as it is managed by the organisation.
