bluetooth headphones flickering in sound menu

My Bluetooth headphone are not playing sound and also they are crashing my sound settings.

Asus tuf b550 plus wifi 2

 

ryzen 5700x

 

asus strix rtx 3060 oc

 

corsair vengeance rbg pro 64gb 16x4

 

crucial nand p2 ssd 2tb

 

corsair rm750x

and I have default bios

Are you using built-in bluetooth or an external adapter?

 

I have an ASUS external adapter and found its so sketchy that I have to clear all the energy drink cans away from it before using my bluetooth controller?

Have you tried restarting it?
