z230 motherboard for 20$ or Hm81-k for 35$

should i buy z230 motherboard for 20$ or Hm81-k for 35? my processor is i7 4790.
my budget is very tight but i also want to have everything best so if z230 motherboard wont affect performance i will buy it.

You should buy neither as both the C226 (on the Z230 motherboard) and the H81 chipsets will limit PCIe link speed to 2.0.

 

You could get a B85 motherboard for lower prices.

so like is 30$ one good? or i should go with the 2nd one?(2nd one costs 40$ with shipping)

The Acer motherboard requires a proprietary Acer housing. Do you have one or just a normal ATX/mATX case?
