You should buy neither as both the C226 (on the Z230 motherboard) and the H81 chipsets will limit PCIe link speed to 2.0.

You could get a B85 motherboard for lower prices.

Asus ROG G531GT : i7-9750H (-.125mV core) - GTX 1650M 4GB (1024c, +500 mem) - Samsung 16+8GB PC4-2666 - Micron 512G PCIe x4 3.0 - Samsung 860 EVO 512GB 2.5" - 1920x1080@146Hz (172Hz capable) IPS panel

Alt PC : i5-4590 - 萬家風 dual-pipe cooler - Gigabyte B85M-D3H Rev1.2 - MSI RX 6600 Armor 8GB (yes, I know...) - Kingston HyperX Fury 4x4GB PC3-1600 - Asus M32 workstation case

iMac 21.5" (late 2011) : i5-2400S, HD 6750M 512MB (MXM-A) - 4x2GB PC3-1333 (Samsung/Hynix) - WT200 512G (High Sierra) - (1920x1080@60Hz LCD)

Acer Z5610 "Theatre" C2 Quad Q9550 - G45 Express - 2x2GB PC3-1333 (Samsung) - 1920x1080@60Hz Touch LCD - great internal speakers

Test bench: i5-4590 - Asus H81M-C - 2x4GB PC3-1600 (Kingston) - Winten WT200 512G

The Acer motherboard requires a proprietary Acer housing. Do you have one or just a normal ATX/mATX case?
