I get 100% cpu usage and 1% gpu usage on my 3090 ti while playing modern warfare2

Hey so i just built my first gaming pc the day before thanksgiving and has an asus maximus hero z790 a 3090ti and i7 12700f tempararily but when i play warzone 2 i get 100% usage on the cpu and get no gpu usage is anyone able to help?

What are you using to monitor the usage?

Don't. Task manager has had a history of just not reporting correctly. Use HWinfo64 or MSI afterburner.

How would i use msi afterburner to check cpu usage while gaming?

MSI Afterburner's overlay can show GPU and CPU usage while in game
