Edifier R1280 vs Logitech Z407

So looking for something decent but cheap for video, anime watching and games. *I do have Logitech G533 headphones if needed.

 

Lives in an apartment with limited desk space.

 

The contenders are Edifier R1280T and Logitech z407, Z407 is about 13% more expensive. Oh and I already have a Bluetooth 5.0 receiver so R1280T have no Bluetooth is no issue.

I am somewhat lean toward z407 because I can potentially hide the sub behind a disk side cabinet... although my spinning hard drives may not appreciate it.

I think I will try go with a Edifier R1380BD or a R1700BDs instead of Z407, because of the better reviews.
