But for real, when I get my driver license, I'm going on a hunt for a '69 Camaro SS, '69 Charger R/T or a Mustang GT from anywhere in the 60's!

I don't like new cars, I just don't like them (ofcourse there are some exceptions....)

My dad drives a VolksWagen Karmann-Ghia with the original engine inside of it, and my mom has got a Citroen Deux-chevous (duck)

Charger '69 rockz  B)

As a kid my dad bought me a small old electric bumper car and later he got me an actual 4 stroke 100cc go kart, shit was pretty cash :D

I usually use my mountainbike or moped for short distances and I can use my moms car when I need to go further (real manly car, a baby blue Rover 45..)

My dad has a Porche 911 SC Targa from 198 something standing in his garage. Looks a little bit like this

porsche-911sc-targa-01.jpg

Though the engine's complete demolished and the body doesn't look too good either.. I should claim it and rebuild it but I'm low on cache so yeah

The daily driver moped is a Puch Maxi S and the project I'm currently on is a Honda SS50

my father (as an ardent believer in global warming, which I completely agree with) drives a Tesla model S. 0 to 60 in 4.2 seconds, almost silently. incredible sound system, I drive it as often as I can and will be getting one as soon as I can afford it.

otherwise I drive a honda CRV. I love honda for their reliability, but Tesla takes the cake for being electric.

The manufacturing of those batteries causes more long term harm than a 5.0L supercharged Range Rover

Electric and hybrid cars are a waste of time (come on hydrogen) but if you are a believer in global warming then stick with your CRV, service it so the engine runs cleanly and you'll be good :)

This pretty much

People often forget that batteries die in something like three years, that the battery waste/battery production is very dirty and that the energy is still being made from some coal plant (or maybe renewable energy, that depends). Also range is shit and it takes ages to recharge. Electric engines are nice because of instant torque though.

Hydrogen is cool but still takes a shit ton of energy to produce which is bad for efficiency, but at least with hydrogen we can use regular combustion engines in stead of batteries.

Regular car emissions are negligible anyway, don't let that fellow Al Gore fool you. So yeah you're better off driving a regular car at this point until battery tech improves
