Z690 or Z790 for 13900k

 Hi guys,

 I'm going to upgrade my 5900x to a 13900k and I am currently looking at the ROG Maximus Hero z690 with DDR5, but I see that there's also a Maximus Hero Z790 and I really don't know which one is best.
 I always overclock and I use my 360mm AIO for that.
 Any help is appreciated!

Seems like the only key difference is ease of use: https://techedged.com/z690-vs-z790/

 

Z790 won't require a BIOS update to use 13th gen CPUs, but Z690 most likely will(depending on when your board left the factory).
