Find Out Current Pop Up and New Window URL?

Hello. How to find out the URL of content displayed in pop-up window and how to do the same for a new window that pops up and does not have URL bar? Pointing to links does not show the URL they lead to, nor does it show properties. In fact I do not think browser treats it as a link but some kind of object.

 

Using Chrome and Edge desktop in Windows 10

What kind of pop up window? Example?
