I want to update my MSI Z590 motherboard on the MSI site and i realized they have different date format next to each driver so i dont know if my recent drivers are up to date or should i download them ...

We can't tell you whether an update is needed, without knowing which version of each driver you currently have. If the version number is lower, then an update would be possible.

the date format on my drivers in device management is different that what it is shown in the pic

Are you actually talking about the date format or the version number? Maybe post a screenshot of the information you have. It's hard to give advice when we don't have access to the full information. In general you want to compare version numbers, not dates.

Install ioBit Driver Booster and let it update your drivers. You'll probably get even newer drivers than the one on the motherboard webpage.

Is standard ISO 2014 / 8601 date: 
[YYYY]-[MM]-[DD]

Y = year
M = month
D = day

I mean even without knowing these standards it is not hard to guess... a year can't have 14 months 😆, so last two numbers have to represent day...

 

Your device manager on Windows will show date according Language & Region you've set it up to use.
