Looking for help Buying a new Gaming PC

So my first gaming PC is an Alienware Laptop that I bought just about 3 years ago now. I am looking to upgrade but I'm having a bit of a difficult time deciding on where to go from here. I have looked at both Alienware and Digitalstorm and I like some of what I've seen product wise from both companies, but there are draw backs to each as well. Alienware also has no interest Financing options which is nice, have not found out if Digitalstorm does though.

To be honest I was originally thinking of building my next PC. I am confident I could do it since I have seen so many builds done before and red up on tips, What I am not confident in is installing the OS from scratch and all the drivers I would need to run the system. So I think its best I stick with pre built for now.

I am on a mid range budget with $3000 being my uper limit. (I am willing to go over that ever so slightly if needed.) With the new system I want to get high frame rates and be able to play at High maybe even Ultra graphics. I am also thinking about starting streaming (if I can get the nerve.)

Is there any advice you guys have about the company I should be looking at or hardware that will get the job done, but not break the bank? Also I am willing to wait a little while if there is a possability of sales (as we are headed intobthe holidays) or price drops as new hardware (4000 series namely) is released.

Games I currently Play:

The Witcher 3

Assassins Creed Series

Tales of Series (Example Tales of Arise)

Persona 5 Royal

Persona 5 Strikers

Scarlet Nexus

Final Fantasy VII Remake

Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris

Genshin Impact

GPU: RTX 2060

RAM: 16GB

Storage: 512GB SSD (Boot) and 1TB HDD

System Components/Parameters I would like:

RAM: 32GB (min) DDR5 (Over 4000MHz)

I vote build your own.

For 3K you could have a very nice system with better specs that you have listed.

Installing the OS and driver for games is at least as easy as building the system.  There are plenty of guides for that too.

Where would I find these guilds?

Typed "What to do after building your PC" into google.

Installing an OS involves creating a bootable thumb drive with Windows or Linux (Or MACos if you aren't afraid of the dark arts), going into BIOS, selecting the thumb drive and following the instructions when it boots up.

You can do it.  I have faith...
