Ok... Well you can go for a cheaper 12600K, but you lose 4 ecores and only save 30$, but then you can add 16GB RAM for 45$, net additional cost is only 15$

It'll still be better than a 11700

Thanks. Never had a deicated amd gpu., but it fits the specs and budget.

Budget (including currency): 1000 USD

Country:  USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  COD, warzone 2, Overwatch 2 and ocasional cad (solidworks).

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  I currently have a 27inch 1080p 60hz monitor and a 27inch 1440p  165hz monitor.

Hi everyone. A newbiie here. I've been wtahcing LTT content for years now and I finally decided to build my own pc. I have a maximum budget of 1k. This is my part selection. Any observations or recomendations are more than welcomed.

I intend playing at 1440p and 120hz (if possible higher).

That should be pretty ideal for what you might do with a couple extra cores there over a lower cpu and a decent gpu. under budget too lol

Thanks for the suggestions. I was hoping for a bit more ram, due to ocasional cad work. I use up 16gb pretty quick.

note:Part list is now public.
