I was just wondering if the NZXT Internal USB Hub 3 fits in the back of the case where the cables go or if it only is something that fits in the front of the case where it can be seen. Does anyone know?

Internal USB HUB (Gen 3) | PC Component | NZXT

It'll ultimately depend on your case. Common placements would be the PSU basement or in your drive bays. It won't really fit in the behind the motherboard tray because you'll them be pinching the USB header cables a lot. There's just not enough clearance for that in most cases.

OK, thanks. Hopefully I don't need it then because I don't want to be looking at that.

If you can see it will depend on where you install it. In that picture its down near the PSU which you can't see from the front. Its really intended to be installed out of sight.

My PSU will be in an enclosure. It's the Corsair 5000t case. It looks like it would have to sit on top of that.

I can assure you you can find somewhere in the backside of this giant case to hide a tiny USB hub. I had one completely hidden in a tiny ITX case.

Thanks, that's reassuring to know.
