Chrome refuses to save anything

So i have chrome set to allow cookies and everything, and I have it set to remember my twitch/youtube username and password, and yet, everytime my computer goes into sleep mode, it forgets everything. Someone help pls.

Is there anything special about your computer's network connections? Chrome saves this stuff in your AppData/Roaming folder usually. I've noticed that it doesn't save some things if I'm logged into a computer that's part of a domain, but that's probably not your issue.
