Raspberry Pi 4B 8gb | Ireland

Hey, I am currently on the hunt for a Raspberry Pi 4B 8gb, I am struggling to find much in stock at the moment and would love to see if anyone else had advice or knew any sites where they may be available.

 

I am in Ireland so any site suggested would need to be able to ship here, I appreciate any responses received

They are all sold out pretty much. The demand is crazy high and the supply is very low. I cannot seem to find any site that has em in stock (did get one result but its 400 for a 50€ device).

Yeah, that's the same stuff I'm finding, highly overpriced. I found one recently but the expected shipment date was longer than a year.

 

I've already bought the accessories for the PI, and don't plan on cancelling any projects I plan, I also need it for hosting some stuff locally as opposed to an OVH or Hetzner server, or others. Hoping this shortage stops soon, though I can't see it happening anytime soon sadly

Ebay maybe? Probably not the 8gb model but lower ram is fine normally

Better to get a NUC-like or used business SFF PC these days, way more powerful for server use and cheaper given the current mess...

I have like 120 of the 3Bs sitting in our R&D shelf... might not be what's you want but could get you running until you can get your hands on a 4B.

 

I'm in the UK so shouldn't be difficult to ship you one over.

Really appreciate the offer, but I think I will wait it out a bit longer and hope to get the 4B 8GB that I am looking for, without geting any other boards in the meantime, though if I ever change my mind I will rethink this!

 

In the meantime, if anyone comes across any ebay listings or any sites with them in stock, please do post here if you remember!
