Motherboard dead.

So the lights went down in my house then up, my pc was killed in the process, when I took it to repair the technician said it was the power supply (coolermaster 750w bronze) that died, I buyed a new one (same model) and now he says the motherboard is dead too because the pc is not giving signal. Any recommendations?

Could you list your PC specs?

It's possible that a power surge shorted your PC, not only the PSU.

So knowing what you have, mainly whether there is a dedicated GPU or just iGPU, could help others diagnose.

Now by him saying no signal, could it mean that your PC turns on now but there is no display signal?

The specs are

AMD rx 5704gb

Hyperx 16gb ram 2400mhz

Ryzen 5 3600

Cooler master 750w bronze 80+

And yes I think he means display signal, I am not sure though
