what causes internet lag

im running a antivirus disk doctor by AVG because it told me i have problems with my C: drive

so i have 5 ram usage

 

when i am typng this thread im lagging saying not responable i have to wait 5 seconds

I assume you mean "Not Responding"? That's your computer not the internet.

Yes, not responding is your computer being slow and  freezing up.

If there IS a problem with your C: that would be why, as that is where your OS and programs are installed

What is 5 ram usage? If you have problems on your C drive you need to run Chkdisk to scan and fix the sectors.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

There are a billion things that specifically can cause this. But some malicious program is utilizing some of those things to mess up your PC right now.

it only happens when my ram is 5gb or higher and the only type i get 5gb of ram or higher if when i play a game or edit videos with sony vegas or antivirus

 

when i play starcraft 2 and league of legends i am fine with 3 to 4 gb of ram

i do get a message my heatsink is not functionally properly when i boot up

 

i just ignore it and press enter

i think i am on the computer too much in consecutive times because i barely go on the computer on school days like today

im coming home from school at 6pm today becuase i ahve after school
