If it goes back to the setup, you need to go into your BIOS and set your boot priority from your instlal media to the windows boot manager.

Iit's a bit difficult to understand what is happening. You downloaded the " Create Windows 10 installation media "

Or ISO?

And at what step are you at?

So, after you choose "next" and after that "install now" the installation progress finishes without any error messages and just boots to Installation screen?

Perhaps you have set the installation media (USB or ROM) to be the first boot priority in BIOS?

What does it show then?

Perhaps you wrote the ISO to your harddrive or SSD?

Do you need to wipe separately? Booting from USB/ROM installation media it offers to wipe the partitions during the installation progress.

So, what's the boot sequence in BIOS? Whats the first one? When it's the HDD or SSD, which one you install on, then I'm out of ideas.

Perhaps change the "Storage Boot Option Control" from "UEFI only" to other option. As it seems to be MBR install.

That's after a new installation attempt? If so - I'm out of ideas.

I'd make sure its back as UEFI boot, disconnect all other drives except the boot drive, boot from the USB stick and make sure you delete all partitions in setup before installing, remove the USB stick when setup reboots.
