hey can someone build me a pc on pcpartpicker? 1000$ 240+FPS on fortnite stable no fps drops 1080p united states. if thats even possible lol

$1000 doesn't do much these days, especially for those specs, but I'll take a crack at it.

People were speculating you can lower settings and use 1070/1080 setups...

Exactly my point. OP did not state settings, leading me to believe the need to mention all this for this particular game meant they wanted highest / ultra settings. High FPS at low settings isn't that unreasonable.
