Update:

Thanks for all the replies.

I do indeed need a copy of windows, preferably 7. I already have a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.

I am using United states dollar.

How's this look? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3Av8B

Hi guys!

As a 15 year old with tight money, Ive finally saved up 700$ for a gaming pc. Games Im looking to play are things like minecraft with a lot of mods and shaders, maybe battlefield 4, and a lot of games at medium to high settings at 60 frames. Is this possible? Hope you guys can help!

im not much for putting together other peoples computers since working on my own planning has so far taken me 30-40+ hours.. but for those here doing it, look into m-itx and m-atx computers, if a person isnt planning massive expansions and such you can get a cheaper build, thats also smaller :)

i like this one. particurally because of hybrid drive.  there is a bit of room for extra dosh... like cheaper mobo, better / cheaper case like

What kind of dollars are you using?

Is a copy of Windows or any peripherals needed?
