Looks like that particular error is if you're trying to view a profile page which does not exist. They deleted their account.

Sorry if I post in the wrong place.

When I was trying to view one user's profile, this showed up.

Does that mean the user is banned?

Forum Bugs & Issues preferably. Moved it there.

That error message could appear if you are trying to view content (such as a post, blog post, status update) that had been removed. You shouldn't receive that particular error message when trying to view just a profile page (eg. /profile/519965-spotty/).

What was the URL for the page that gave the error?

Is there a way to search for his posts?

They are very helpful, for example:

It's a topic about ATX 3.0

Text search might still work for all the tagging and quoting.
