How would you make these types of videos?

Just curious, how would u make these types of vids?

Looks like stacked images, 

 

Something like after effects would be great for this, but almost any video editing software with keyframing can do this. You will also have to create a mask on the top photos so only the person is shown.

i dont have photo shop tho  :I.... and i found on youtube in capcut u can use 3d zoom for the effect but in capcut i dont have 3d zoom and i cant use any effects (style) why

What software do you have?

 

Blender and resolve can do this, and are both free.

i dont have any software on this pc and i barely know how to use blender lol and abt the capcut thing do u know why it happens?

nope, ive never use capcut, so im not sure how it works
