Getting a new LGA1200 Mobo It has 8-4 pin cpu? do i need both or 8 pins be ok for it?

I am ordering a mobo with 4 ram slots and saw MSI MPG Z590-A Pro Intel ATX Motherboard for a decent price but it has a 8-4 CPU connector but my cpu cant be oced.

Just the 8 pin is fine. The 4 pin is really only needed If you're trying to set world records

Even just the 4 pin is fine for that CPU, you only really need both if you're trying to overclock an i9 on that board. If you aren't trying to run a 10900K/11900K at 5.2GHz+, an 8 pin is plenty.

Just the 8-pin EPS is fine, most boards with the additional 8-pin or 4-pin is for additional power for subzero overclocking.
