Photoshop crashes occassionally when GPU is overclocked

so i have this weird problem, i am running the latest drivers from nvidia, i have a 1050 ti, my oc is stable in games but photoshop doesn't like it, it's fine with stock settings, i like it running in background att (enabled in startup) in case i miss to open it while gaming. Adobe has an exclusive article on this issue on their site as well, it's a nvidia specific issue ever since driver v355.82 they say to turn on debug mode which disables oc so that doesn't help me as well.

If you use MSI Afterburner, you can set profiles as a workaround.

You have to set this up yourself in the options...

Example...
ALT-SHIFT 1 - Stock (Photoshop)

ALT-SHIFT 2 - OC (Gaming)

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
