Does resetting BIOS restore the default CPU power limit voltages? If yes how do I reset BIOS in HP Omen laptop.

My power limit voltages have been changed after a BIOS update and my temps are very high. I disable the turbo boost to make my laptop usable. This method makes my laptop cpu underperform and still give a but higher temps than normal. I want to restore the default voltages of the power limit. How do I reset them? How do I reset BIOS? The laptop is HP Omen 15 dh-0137tx. i7 9750h. Please help.

Resetting the BIOS to its default settings will apply the default settings for that particular BIOS revision.

If the new BIOS update does have voltage updates than the old BIOS version as you say, then resetting the BIOS settings to default won't bring back the old voltages. It doesn't somehow reflash the BIOS to the version it came from the factory with.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Intel XTU has somehow changed my default values, I'm trying to reset them. I turn off the turbo boost using throttlestop just to make the temps usable, otherwise the fan goes nuts. Any tips? I have attached few screenshots to clarify.
