Solution for Build Redux PC fan control

Has anybody been able to find a three-pin 5 volt to 4 pin 12 volt adapter to connect build redux fan control hub to ASUS Aura RGB header. And is build redacts the only people who sell the cooler master fans with the three pin LED proprietary plug fans. Or can you buy those fans somewhere else to plug into the hub that they use.

Keep in mind that I never used that product, nor I have attempted what shown in the vid.
just a video I found with a bit of searching.

And yes I think Build Redux connector is proprietary.
