Low cost heatsink for AM3+?

Hello i was looking for you guys helping me out figuring out which heatsink is good enough for mid range overclocking (by low cost i mean less than $100)

 

Specs:

 

FX 6100

M5A97 EVO

8GB. kingston blue (1666 MHz)

Asus HD 7770 Dirct CU II

Cooler master Extreme power 500 Watts

Cooler Master Haf 912

TPi-Link PCi-e wireless network adaptor 150mbps

(recycled from an old computer) WD 600gb HDD

I use it and it gets the job done especially when the cpu is under load.

I've used NH-D14s multiple times, they're quiet, have huge cooling capacity and are pretty much the best air cooler on the market today. Highly recommended.

 

No personal experience with the H100, I'm more of a custom loop kind of guy.

Well I you really want to save some money just get the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO for $30. I have it right now with a 6100 @ 4.5 GHz and it does a pretty good job.

I thought of buying it but i heard kind of reliability issues with it (actually i have the same CPU)

Have to agree with IPCharger, the 212 series are great coolers, won't OC as far but are ~1/2 the price. I put them in most builds I do for non overclockers just for the silence benefits.

Yes, they come with a small syringe or packet, enough to do at least one CPU.

Almost all if not all aftermarket CPU coolers come with thermal paste either, as mentioned above in a syringe, or pre applied on the CPU block itself :)
