How easy is it to rearrange D-RGB case fans?

I was looking to build my first PC. I'm quite sure I'm am going to buy a Phanteks P400A but I also want to mount an AIO in the front, but then I would have to rearrange the front fans right? If I could then I would want the 3 front fans rearranged in rear exhaust and top exhaust configuration.

aios dont come with fans attached, you can put the rgb fans on the aio and the aio fans on the back and top

I could use some help with this!
