help Motherboard & Case Fitting Question

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: GTA 5, CMS18, ATS, FiveM, FS19, And just normal task

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I currently have an Optiplex 790 with an i5-3470 and 16gb of Ram and a GTX 650 TI Boost. The motherboard is a "Motherboard T81FW". I wanted a new case because the current case is a little tight I would say and I think it could benefit from a bigger case so it gets more airflow. With that said, I can't seem to find a case it will fit in. If anyone can tell me, it is also a 790 MT and my PSU is a "Thermaltake Smart 700W". Also if you guys have any motherboard and or other upgrades I should do let me know please.

That motherboard looks pretty standard? I found a listing saying it was micro-atx, and if it is m-atx any case that supports m-atx should work. The lian li lancool 205 seems pretty good, and it about $80
