This white pc build is for a friend and performance along with aesthetics are of importance. Such as the graphics card, motherboard, and aio.

For the price of that AIO I'd recommend getting an air cooler like the Noctua NH-U12S. I don't know how well the quality control is on MSI's water coolers, either.

My Build (5800X3D, RTX 3070)

disclaimer: i probably don't know what I'm talking about but I try to give the best advice I can

About what id recommend

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LKQ2bK

I have no idea what the purpose of this pc would be for, unless assume for gaming.

The 12400f is a solid cpu for gaming and all thats needed.

Good white tower cooler. Msi has had some problems with sediment buildup in their aios, so I'd recommend to get a better one, or just stick with a tower cooler.

Cheaper board that's still mostly white

1tb storage since that can definitely be put in here.

A 6800 which is better than a 6650xt, it looks like it'll be fine with the color scheme. Only thing I think would clash would be the black heatpipes on the card but it should fit otherwise.

Good case that's on sale and a good psu that's on sale as well to match the scheme

You won't be able to OC the cpu with a B660 motherboard.

Consider a white PSU that includes white cables.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
