I Need Help with My PC

I'm looking at getting a high end gaming PC and I have no idea what I'm doing. I got someone to make me a parts list and can someone tell me if it's good? I'm going to use it for 4k gaming, editing and some blender here and there. My budget is $2700 AUD too. https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/x4ckgb

About what id recommend

https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/pVnGnt

Same cpu

Really id recommend to go air cooler since it will last longer, but if you are getting an aio, id get a good quality one

Cheaper ram

Don't get Kingston nv1. They are terrible drives and basically a waste of money. You can fit a 2tb ssd instead

3080 instead of a 6900xt since in terms of raw power it wins, nvidia does a good job with professional programs if you plan to use blender often.

Cheap fans that will run the same as the corsair ones while being cheaper
