I think that APU is sottered on the motherboard.

as far as i know you cant take a desktop cpu and put it in a laptop

It's a soldered mobile CPU, so you can't change it.

The E2-1800 is soldered but there are laptops that have upgradeable CPUs

Almost all laptop cpu's are upgradable but you can't buy them in a regular store.

They're soldered, unless you're pretty handy with a soldering iron or have access to a BGA rework station you'll probably find it hard.

 

They're the low performance/power CPUs so you won't really benefit from a CPU upgrade.
