Entertainment Center cooling solution

I completely remade my entertainment cabinet in my living room.    Everything will now be enclosed behind tinted doors.    
 

I wanted to add airflow in the cabinets for my receiver etc.   I currently use AC Infinity fans off of Amazon, however I’m on my third pair and they are making weird annoying noises etc.    

 

so I have some nice noctua black fans already I wanted to use them to cool the cabinet.   
 

is there a solution without rewriting etc.  where I can control the fan speed of them and power them in the cabinet?     And If there isn’t, is there another solution with a fan speed controller?   After the ac infinity ones failing me I was willing to spend more on the noctua and some adapters etc
