Windows freezes after 30-60 secs

My pc keps frrrzing about 30-60 secs after Booting it up. Ive yrkes all ram sticls in all ram ports but nothing. Tried different ssd’s but i cant get it to work. Someone please help. I7-10700k 32gb ram and rtx 3070 with asus z490-p mobo
