Smart watches for listening to music

I might be asking a stupid question here but I don't have a lot of knowledge of smart watches.
Is there any watch that could be used as a standalone music player without using a phone? Which means that it can connect with bluetooth headphones. I know some can use the internet with a SIM card but that's where my knowledge about them ends.
Thanks in advance!
There are; it’s just a question of the phone and music you’re using.
If you use an iPhone, get an Apple Watch. It’s the best overall smartwatch for any platform, and definitely for Apple users. You can play music from your local collection, or offline music from services like Apple Music and (with an app) Spotify.
On Android, you certainly have your choices. I’d lean toward the Galaxy Watch 4 (the 5 might be coming soon). You can at least use it for Spotify music.
Regardless of which phone you use, you’ll only need a watch with cellular data (usually LTE) if you intend to stream music from the internet while away from your phone. If you’re just listening to tunes stored on the watch, don’t worry about it.
