Bsod after unplugging and plugging in USB devices

I recently built a new PC. 
Performance is great, but i run into an issue where after unplugging and plugging in usb devices, by computer will bluescreen with a PFN List Corruption. 
Im not sure what caused this, I ran a mdsched test and windows found nothing wrong with the ram.

Looking for some help on how to diagnose what the issue is!!

Ive also added a 2TB HDD but that shouldn't be relevant. 

Also have gone through and updated Chipset and GPU drivers. Im not sure what else software wise that can be done.

Was it happening before you put the HDD in?

I havent tried. I installed the HDD right after the OS was installed. 
maybe i should re-image it and see if the issue persists?
