Will running this build with a Corsair CX550 cause any issues?

My concern is because the 6700 XT specs page recommends a 650W PSU as minimum but PSU calculating sites say this PC will use around 430W

MOBO: Aorus B450M

GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ 6700 XT

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600

RAM: 2x8GB 3000MHz

Storage: Kingston 1TB NVMe  + Crucial MX500 1TB

your specs put you at about 370 watts but what i do not know is does the 6700xt have the same power spikes as the RTX 30 series since those very few micro-seconds of spike could trip OCP

Because site is calculating the average your PC will consume when playing games. This doesn't include random spikes when GPU or CPU needs way more power for a split second. 650W is clearly enough to withstand these powerspikes without your system shutting down.
