Hello,This started happening last night.My download Mbps is 1,but upload is 20.I have 20mbps internet but it only goes to 1-2Mbps,upload is normal.Today i called my ISP and they told me something was using my internet.I turned off my PC and everything went normal.I checked on task manager and all my internet is used on Service Host:Network service.Should i turn it off?How can i fix this issue?

Check your windows updates. Might be a stuck update.

Exactly what I was about to suggest, lol

Definitely sounds like an update is being downloaded based on the process that's being used.
