Firefox artifacting/lagging with new gpu

Hello, I recently got a RX 6600 and i've notice some weird issues with firefox. Sometimes youtube videos will lag and scrolling will slow to a crawl, and sometimes when i open a new tab i see artifacts. This is even more obvious when using sites like Twitter because hovering over certain elements will pop something up, but instead of coming up normally it'll stutter or flicker. Games and other things seem to work fine, any ideas?

Running the latest AMD driver? Most current FireFox? Tried with plugins disabled? You might need to get into the about:config and muck around with hardware acceleration settings or just turn it off entirely and try again when things get updated again.
