[HELP] Blocking a website form one connection only?

Hello.. looking for some help! I have 2 different wired internet connections connected to my PC. Connection A is a Fiber connection (hi speed) with limited amount of data per month. Connection B is a USB tethered connection (slow speed) with unlimited data. my main data consumption is watching youtube. so when I have connected both connections, I want to use slow speed connection B for youtube and hi speed fiber for other things. my fiber ONT router is Huawei HG8245H5. I tried to block youtube.com from that router settings. but It doesn't work. (Please check the attached screenshot).  So can I do this in Windows using some sort of a 3rd party software like GlassWire or NetLimiter pro? or is there any other way to block youtube.com only from my fiber router ? Thanks in advance.

maybe try adding https://youtube.com because your router probably interprets https as a completely different thing from http.

if this doesn't work, the answer might be in the method you use to load balance between the two connections.

my experience doing this type of thing on windows hasn't been pleasant.

1) this,my text, is not related to this topic.

2) i never knew one can use multiple internet connections at the same time/simultaneously.

3) i am looking forward to the result of this thread. (Very interesting to me.)
