Dehumidifiers or AC in general for that purpose helps with it, however if the board is insulated properly it's not a huge concern... But as said every bit helps too.
I've had some of my best Ln2 sessions with it pouring rain outside and had some water on board because of it but all was fine.
For any subzero sessions, system prep is always key and we do go to extremes to prep our setups for it.

Speaking of things being "All Inclusive", Hell itself is too.
