Hey, so my first pc build is done & everything went great.

I am now only left wondering what to do with all the boxes and stuff I haven't used? Should I keep or sell or?

 - Should I keep the boxes so I could sell the stuff later when I do not need it anymore in the original packaging?

 - Should I sell the stock cooler? Will I need to return it if I rma the cpu?

These are some questions I could come up right now but I think there will be more later on so some advice would be appreciated!

I keep boxes of things during the warranty period (which is legally two years minimum where I live) then all the boxes go into recycle bin. I only keep the motherboard boxes because I keep all the remaining accessories from every other thing in it.

This I am not sure, keeping it around is not a bad idea especially if you have an AIO.

Stock coolers (assuming you mean the Wraith Stealth most AMD processors come with, or any of the Intel stock coolers, even the new slightly better Alder Lake one) really aren't worth selling. Most PC enthusiasts have piles of them sitting around. The Wraith Prism has some value.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

I keep everything that came with the computer. I/O covers, extra screws, cables, etc. Almost all of that stuff will fit in two boxes, the motherboard box and the power supply box. Other than that, you might want to hang on to the graphics card box to improve its resale value when you eventually upgrade.

All this stuff can go into deep storage like an attic or closet, and then you might think to yourself in 6 months "oh I need X" and there it is

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

I always keep my boxes, incase in the future i sell my parts.

a full set item usually easier to sell.

for stock cooler, it will be sold as part of a full set cpu box. so i never use it.

plus, it's worth keeping for troubleshooting.

I used to keep my boxes, but it's not worth the space.  Any parts actually worth selling are gonna be a commodity, and no one is gonna pay more for the box.  Just recycle them if they have no other use.

I kept a couple PSU boxes because they are relatively sturdy for storing all  my extra parts, fans, accessories, etc...   One of those boxes turned into two, turned into a fucking razer iskur XL accessory kit box (3ftx15inx9in) several bags of cables, ziplock bags of screws and mounts and such, a bunch of fans and shit, and a couple large panels being my 'extra screws' box

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.

I'm terrible for keeping boxes past the warranty period. I'm actually moving today and it's come in handy though. As others have said, downsize accessories to the Motherboard and psu boxes. I'm glad I kept my monitor and case box though for this move and the GPU box as I had to RMA my 6900xt after 4 months. Most things aren't worth selling and you may need it, simply do a spring clean once a year and recycle if its past warranty.
