Laptop keyboard

Hi, I have a problem with my laptop keyboard. The keyboard just randomly presses the buttons, and I need to smash it lightly for the keyboard to work again. And it takes me a while to do it because it happens every 1 minute, or sometimes randomly. Windows has been rewritten. Thank you for your answers!
