Apex legends, gameplay feels awful/choppy

Got 144 fps, feels as 10. The end
Graphics low/vsync off
Apex is the only game with this issue.

The game starts to get smoother during night. And shooting is twice as fast. Its literally unplayable at a competitive level during daytime. To confirm looking at the sky or playing in firing range mode, smoothness increases. Its a mix between microstutters and low fps feeling even tho my fps almost stays at 144fps, sometimes a dip to 90 when there is a gibby ult or end game.
