Power Supply Ratings

I thought I saw a LTT video on power supply rating and standers and now I can not find it. Is there a new ratings for power supplies and or is there a web site that talks about the rating system that is being used?

Thank you for any help that anyone can provide me on this topic.

As for new ratings, most likely about Cybernetics Lab
They are trying to make a new rating system for PSU.
