Project 1: Framework laptop Windows 10 OS with Virtual machine MacOS

I had a idea for a side project and was looking into Virtual Machine to run a Mac OS, on a Windows 10 pro OS Framework Laptop.

I am not sure where to start or if its even a better option to try.

"Aside from geting a laptop that will be out of date in 2 weeks"

I could use some advice.

MacOS in a VM AFAIK only really works in Linux. It's dead simple to setup in Linux with scripts like Sosumi. Virtualization in Windows is just not as fleshed out as it is on Linux because the Windows kernel just isn't built with that as a priority.
