Torn between Gigabyte M32U and Asus PG329Q...which one should I buy?

EBISETTIA

Hello everyone!.  I'm a newbee here.  I live in Perú, South America and I don't have the luxury to go out and buy the many monitors I find in the internet.

Right now, here in my country I the best options I can find for a monitor are Gigabyte M32U and Asus PG329Q.  I don't know which one of them to choose.

I have an RTX 3080TI, already using an Acer Predator XB271H, but I wan't to upgrade, if you had to choose between those 2 monitors, which one would you choose and why?

Thank you in advance for you time and kind help.

Have a good one!

Cheers!

Ps.- English is no my native tongue but I'm sure you can understand me.

Both cost around USD$ 960...that is why I'm torn.  I would say at the moment...I'd go with higher resolution...but...I also want nice picture quality.  I play MS Flight Simulator 2020 a lot, so I want the scenery to be gorgeous...but I also play CoD a lot...I'd say...50 - 50.

For the same price the Gigabyte is the way to go. I wouldn't spend almost $1000 on a 1440p monitor. The Asus is more versatile in terms of color spaces, but unless you NEED the a specific color space for some kind of work, go with the Gigabyte.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
