can somehow you can add vrams by having two same GPU?

 i only have 4gb and i want to buy another gpu to increase my pc and vrams

You can't. Only quadro cards running nvlink can share vram. Sli on GeForce or crossfire on AMD does not share vram.

u technically will have more VRAM in your PC if you add another GPU
but whether or not you can use them as the same pool depends on some factors
