gpu can somehow you can add vrams by having two same GPU?

You can't. Only quadro cards running nvlink can share vram. Sli on GeForce or crossfire on AMD does not share vram.

It's an AMD gpu and not a particularly good one these days. You will need to upgrade your gpu to get more vram and better performance

SLI or NVLink is for Nvidia cards
for AMD is CrossFire.

Quadro is NVIDIA's GPU product for professional designer workstation

u technically will have more VRAM in your PC if you add another GPU
but whether or not you can use them as the same pool depends on some factors
