MAG CORELIQUID 120R not getting same treatment as 240R/360R AIO Coolers

As some of you may know, there was this huge issue with 240R/360R AIO Coolers from MSI, they recalled them all and replaced them with a new version. I have a prebuilt MSI Infinite X5 11TD (6 months old) with a MAG CORELIQUID 120R. I've been experiencing extreme thermal throttle over the last few months and currently can't apply for a recall. I cleaned out my PC, checked if fans work properly and will be replacing my thermal paste to make sure that those aren't the issue.

What do i do?

RMA your prebuilt if thermal paste doesnt work.
