Need help finishing a list for my first PC build! (gaming / streaming / editing / work)

Budget (including currency): 2500 EUR (stretch 3000 EUR)

Country: Croatia (will purchase locally or order from Amazon.de and similar EU stores)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: oh gosh, for everything: high-end gaming, streaming, professional work, video editing, game design ...

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

--> details in the continuation of the topic below:

Greetings
Linus Tech Tips Community!
I've been informed that is one of the best places to ask about PC Builds, so here I am, hi everyone!

Disclaimer:
I'm not a complete novice to PC components & technology, but I've never completed a PC build before and have only recently started learning about PC building. Help!

BUDGET - 2500€, but it can be increased to ~3000€ (sweating over budget isn't really important to me because this build should last 4-5 years so it's an investment --> what's much more important to me is that all component are of high quality, will last long, won't cause problems, will work SILENTLY and that there's no major BOTTLENECKS for achieving that 1ms input)

INTERNET SPEED - I still need to confirm with my internet provider whether they can enable 1GB/s connection (currently on 150MB/s which could be a bottleneck) - pending info!

: : : PC BUILD GOALS : : :

- 1440p - (later 4k) - 144hz - 144fps single&multiplayer gaming (ALL genres and games!)

- multi-monitor setup & live-streaming capabilities

- capturing footage of everything that's happening on all screens + video editing

- heavy loads (professional work) for: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects ...
- lighter loads (messing around) for: Unity, Unreal Engine, Maya, Blender and various tools, game editors ...
- watching and streaming shows and movies (and general internet / browser usage purposes)
- should last ~4-5 years, PC will be turned on for 12-24 hours a day, probably won't be doing overclocks at start, only if needed

Additional notes:
- I'm choosing AMD+Nvidia over Inter+Radeon so please don't suggest a change there
- I require this beast to run as silently as possible (so, picking the right GPU manufacturer, power supply ... )
- I dislike RBG lights on any component and don't care much for such aesthetics (as long as it does not flash, glow, distract or is white color) --> we're trying to remove all light distractions, it does not have to look fancy
- I'm a professional UX/UI/graphics designer, an avid gamer and sometimes I dabble into: Pixel Art animation, Game development, Video editing, Level design ...
- I'll be doing my build in 2 phases: PHASE 1 is a build in a working state, PHASE 2 will add some more storage, better keyboard, more monitors ...

- replacing KeyChron T10 with -some gaming Keyboard with 1ms input-

: : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : :

My Questions:
(1) - Overall thoughts on the build so far?
(2) - Are any parts overkill -OR- under-performers for the build goals?
(3) - Are there any compatibility issues?
(4) - Are there any physical dimensions or connection issues?
(5) - Any bottlenecks in Phase 1 except the Keyboard having ~10ms input lag (should have ~1ms)?

- - - - if the rest of the build is fine: - - - -
(6) - Which Case should I get for Phase 1?
(7) - Which Case Fans should I get for Phase 1?
[I'm a noob for cases, how to create proper airflow and all that]

- - - not urgent, just curious: - - -
(8) - Which additional Storage should I get for Phase 2?
(9) - Which additional Memory should I get for Phase 2?
(10) - Which 4K, IPS, 144Hz monitor should I get for Phase 2?

Many thanks in advance to everyone who reads and contributes, much appreciated!
Have a nice day 🙂

Cpu is now a 5900x, if you ever need the 12 cores then you have em i guess

B550 aorus pro ac offers 11 usb a ports on the rear i/o compared to the b550f measly 7 usb ports while being cheaper

Cheaper cooler should perform similarly to the fuma 2

Cheaper rams that should come with samsung b die considering its 4000 cl18 bin, you should be running 1.6-1.75v overclock on it like 3800-4000 cl14/13, less than 1.6v and you might aswell settle for a cheaper 3200 cl16/3600 cl18 kit. You need to run a fan at this voltage cause b die will just keep going with volt with main limit being temp and secondary limit being how much volt till the imc starts degrading, above 1.65v and no guarantees the imc wont start degrading so treat that as max safe volt. If your applications prefer bandwidth get some micron rev b 16gbit that is usually found on crucial ballistix kits, 3200 bin ballistix is at 120€ atm, those are good for 4600+ cl18 ~1.6v but dont time as well as b die, desync fclk can be overcome with enough freq. 1.6v+ is fine for ics that can handle it like b die, micron rev e/b/j, hynix djr, etc. 1.5v max for no fan and most other ics. Buildzoid is a good source of info if you are interested in ram oc, if you are not interested get the cheapest 3200 cl16/3600 cl18 ram you can find, anything else is overpriced garbage overclocked ballistix will demolish
